“NOTIFICATION”
Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission today declared the result of Written
Objective Type Screening Test for the recruitment of 03 posts {Gen (UR)-01, OBC (UR)-01,
SC (UR)-01 } of Motor Vehicle Inspector (on contract basis) Post Code: 681 held on
24th July, 2019 as per the award list and ratio approved (1:4) by the Hon’ble Commission. The
requisition to fill up these posts was received from the Director, Transport Himachal Pradesh,
Shimla and advertised vide advertisement No.34-1/2018 dated 27.06.2018.
In response to this advertisement, 456 applications were received out of which 148
applications were provisionally admitted.
The Written Objective Type Screening Test was held on 24th July, 2019 in which 61
candidates appeared and 87 candidates remained absent. Out of total 61 candidates appeared,
the following 12 candidates have been provisionally shortlisted for further selection process.

15 marks of evaluation of the shortlisted candidates will be conducted on 25.10.2019 at
9:30 AM in the premises of the HP Staff Selection Commission, Hamirpur. They are directed to
bring all original Essential Qualification related documents, 15 marks of evaluation related
documents, set of self attested copies of all documents, one ID proof and copy of downloaded
application Form. In case a candidate does not appear for evaluation process on the day fixed for
evaluation he/she will not be considered for further selection process and no further opportunity
will be given thereafter.

While every care has been taken in preparing the result, possibility of inadvertent errors
cannot be ruled out. The Commission reserves the right to rectify the same later on.
